What is the view?
It is colorful. It is warm. It brings chills. It touches loneliness and turns to connection. These songs are a snapshot of how I see and feel the world. I know it’s a lot. I know it is dramatic. But it is the view from my being. I always talk about telling my story but I’m opening the door for you to tell me yours.
I'm not always there when you hear these songs and what they made you see, feel, and think about. I want to know. I want to know where they brought you. Are you still there or have you come around and found the magic again? Are you sleeping better or are you frozen in the deep? Has your heart healed from being broken or from breaking someone else’s? Have you found a kindred soul you can’t believe you didn’t know all along? Have you captured some practical magic?
I want to know. I want to hear about all of it. I need to. To believe more.
It’s not called MY view from here. It’s not called the view from where I AM. Nah it’s the view from wherever you hear it. Wherever you are experiencing it.
