Here she is. My golden sun of a song that swims in the depths but still feel the warmth of the day. Sharks.

I’ve never been afraid of the deep. Of feeling and talking and experiencing it.
I know I have to balance the light and the dark on a daily basis. But it’s the getting frozen because of fear, anxiety, or depression that is what I am most aware of.
Not moving. Not being able to get out of a bad situation. Not being able to feel alive.

So that’s why... I sing more songs than lovers love to never be lonely. I have to play more games than players play because I know the world is funny.
I choose to wake up and decide how I’m gonna make my move and make my mark.
Every. Single. Day.

Did you know…..? Sharks have to keep moving or they die? Something about kinetic energy that my good friend

But Humans are the same... And not in a physical way. But emotionally and spiritually if we let ourselves stagnate in any way .. we risk our lives.

So I invite you. If you’re feeling stuck and not knowing what to do..
